Pastas are also big on the list. Carbohydrates are a big no no. You can eat them but in moderation. Another big thing you want to stay away from is the sweets. Sweets are a big temptation when your on a diet and can be a real killer if you give in. Bread is on the list of what you should not eat. Bread can make you gain weight fast. If you do eat bread eat in moderation. Definitely don’t over due anything I just stated in this article and you will be on your way to a thinner you.
You should stay away from meratol starchy foods and anything high in fat or salt.
