If you are losing weight, then eat a less calories  and if you are trying to gain weight then you will want to eat more calories. I know this is a little confusing but it’s the truth. Counting calories helps you focus on what your calorie in take is and helps you maintain your weight.Focusing on your diet plan is very important. With a positive attitude and the willingness to succeed is key to get your desired weight loss.  You will feel happy and feel so much healthier. you should know how many carbohydrates, protein, fat etc you are in taking a week. You should also stay away from Carbohydrates. Carbohydrates can make you gain weight fast. Then you have really work to get those pounds off!  You need to exercise and do on it on a regular basis. This is very important because you want to keep the results of your weight loss. If you stop you will slowly go back to the way you were and will have to do it all over and no one wants that! Do not starve yourself to get to your desired weight you will end up gaining it back fast when you start eating again. Starving your self can also mess up you metabolism among other things.  don’t forget to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and stay away from those sweets. The sweets will through your diet off completely. Drink lots of water this will flush out your system. Stay away from salty food this is cause water weight.
